1. Consultation and discussing your vision. You submit an inquiry via the website, a messaging app, or any other convenient contact method. I’ll get in touch to discuss your wishes, the atmosphere you envision for your wedding at a wine chateau or overlooking the Alazani Valley, and all the organisational details.
2. Information required for a cost estimate. To prepare an accurate quote for your celebration, I’ll need the following details:
   • Planned date for the outdoor ceremony and official marriage registration
   • Marital status (whether this is your first marriage or you have any previous divorces or passport stamps relating to earlier marriages)
   • Number of marriage certificates required and the languages into which they need to be translated
3. Additional services for your perfect day. You can choose a comprehensive range of services for your outdoor vineyard wedding:
   • Professional photography and videography, including a romantic photoshoot among the vineyards
   • Bespoke decor and floral arrangements, including ceremony arch styling, reception table decor, a bridal bouquet, and a boutonniere
   • Professional bridal hair and makeup (MUAH), with on-site service
   • A host, music, entertainment programme, and coordination of the outdoor ceremony
   • Comfortable transfers for the couple and guests to and from the wine chateau
4. Contract and booking. Based on your chosen options, I prepare an official contract and send it to you for signing. Once both parties have signed the agreement, you pay a 30% deposit to secure the date, venue, and selected vendors.
5. Wedding preparation and coordination. I take care of coordinating the venue, managing logistics for the team, and overseeing the wedding-day schedule. The day before your wedding, you’ll receive a detailed step-by-step itinerary and timeline, so you can relax, enjoy the atmosphere, and take in the views without worrying about the arrangements.
6. Marriage certificate and legalisation. Your official marriage certificate will be issued on the day of registration. I’ll take care of the subsequent translation and legalisation, whether by apostille or consular legalisation, depending on your country’s requirements. The process takes several days or longer, depending on the requirements of your country, but you don’t need to stay in Georgia until it is complete. I’ll send your fully legalised documents to you by express courier.
7. Important information before your trip:
   • Your marriage must be registered using the same international passports you used to enter Georgia.
   • Before travelling, check the visa requirements applicable to your nationality. Citizens of more than 90 countries, as well as eligible residents of GCC, EU, and US countries, may qualify for visa-free entry for up to 365 days, subject to the applicable rules.
   • All submitted documents undergo mandatory verification through official government registries.
   • As of 1 January 2026, medical insurance is mandatory for the entire duration of your stay in Georgia.
   • If you need your documents processed faster, an expedited service is available for an additional fee of $50 per document.
